ملتقى “شراكة وبناء” في سناو… خطوة نوعية لتعزيز التكامل بين الأسرة والمدرسة
- في إطار الجهود المستمرة لتعزيز الشراكة المجتمعية والارتقاء بالمنظومة التعليمية، نظّمت مدرسة أبو بلال التميمي للتعليم الأساسي بولاية سناو ملتقى تربويًا موسعًا تحت عنوان “شراكة وبناء”، بحضور لافت من أولياء أمور الطلبة، إلى جانب الهيئة التدريسية والإدارية، في مشهد يعكس وعيًا متناميًا بأهمية التكامل بين البيت والمدرسة في دعم العملية التعليمية. وجاء تنظيم هذا الملتقى في سياق حرص إدارة المدرسة على فتح قنوات تواصل مباشرة وفعّالة مع أولياء الأمور، بهدف تبادل الآراء والمقترحات التي تسهم في تطوير الأداء المدرسي، وتحسين البيئة التعليمية، بما ينعكس إيجابًا على مستوى التحصيل الدراسي للطلبة وسلوكهم داخل المدرسة وخارجها. واستُهلت فعاليات الملتقى بكلمة ترحيبية أكدت فيها إدارة المدرسة أن هذا اللقاء يأتي ضمن رؤية واضحة لتعزيز التواصل التربوي، وترسيخ مفهوم الشراكة الحقيقية مع الأسرة، باعتبارها عنصرًا أساسيًا في نجاح العملية التعليمية، مشيرة إلى أن المدرسة تسعى لبناء بيئة تعليمية متكاملة قائمة على التعاون والتفاهم المشترك. وتناول الملتقى عددًا من المحاور المهمة، في مقدمتها استعراض مستويات التحصيل الدراسي، حيث تم تقديم نتائج التقويم المستمر وتحليل الأداء الأكاديمي، مع طرح حلول عملية للارتقاء بمستوى الطلبة، إلى جانب توضيح الخطط المستقبلية لتحسين جودة التعليم. كما خُصصت لقاءات مباشرة بين أولياء الأمور والمعلمين لمناقشة أوضاع الطلبة بشكل فردي، ما أتاح مساحة حوار شفافة أسهمت في تعزيز الثقة المتبادلة. وتطرق الملتقى أيضًا إلى أهمية الانضباط المدرسي ودور الأسرة في دعم السلوك الإيجابي، إضافة إلى التوعية بالاستخدام الآمن للتقنية والذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم، بما يعزز من وعي الطلبة الرقمي ويحميهم من المخاطر المحتملة. وشهد اللقاء تفاعلًا مميزًا من أولياء الأمور الذين أشادوا بجهود المدرسة، مؤكدين أهمية استمرار مثل هذه المبادرات التي تسهم في دعم الطلبة أكاديميًا وسلوكيًا. وفي الختام، أكدت إدارة المدرسة التزامها بدراسة المقترحات المقدمة والعمل على تطوير العملية التعليمية، مشددة على أن نجاح التعليم يعتمد على شراكة حقيقية بين المدرسة والأسرة. ويُعد هذا الملتقى نموذجًا ناجحًا للتواصل التربوي، يعكس توجه المؤسسات التعليمية في سلطنة عُمان نحو إشراك المجتمع في بناء مستقبل تعليمي أفضل.

This initiative reflects a growing awareness of the importance of cooperation between home and school in supporting students’ academic and behavioral development. The forum aimed to establish direct and effective communication channels with parents, allowing for the exchange of ideas and proposals to improve school performance and the learning environment. The event began with a welcoming speech by the school administration, emphasizing that the forum aligns with a clear vision to reinforce educational communication and build a genuine partnership with families, as a key factor in student success. Key topics discussed included reviewing students’ academic performance, presenting continuous assessment results, and analyzing overall achievements. Practical strategies were introduced to enhance learning outcomes, alongside outlining future plans to improve education quality.
