منتدى الأعمال العُماني التونسي يبحث تعزيز الشراكات في الصناعات الغذائية والطاقة المتجددة
- ناقش منتدى الأعمال العُماني التونسي، الذي نظمته اليوم الأربعاء، آفاق توسيع التعاون الاقتصادي بين القطاع الخاص في سلطنة عُمان والجمهورية التونسية، واستكشاف فرص استثمارية جديدة تسهم في تعزيز التكامل الاقتصادي بين البلدين الشقيقين. وشهد المنتدى مشاركة نخبة من أصحاب الأعمال والمستثمرين من الجانبين، حيث تم التركيز على عدد من القطاعات الواعدة، أبرزها الصناعات الغذائية، والطاقة المتجددة، وصناعة النسيج، والترويج الزراعي، بما يعزز فرص إقامة مشروعات مشتركة وشراكات استثمارية مستدامة. حضر المنتدى الشيخ راشد بن عامر المصلحي النائب الأول لرئيس مجلس إدارة غرفة تجارة وصناعة عُمان، إلى جانب تائب كتاري عضو مجلس إدارة الاتحاد التونسي للصناعة والتجارة والصناعات التقليدية، وعدد من أعضاء مجلس إدارة الغرفة، وممثلين عن مجتمع الأعمال في البلدين. وأكدت سعادة المستشار شيراز الشابي، القائم بأعمال سفارة الجمهورية التونسية لدى سلطنة عُمان، أن المنتدى يمثل منصة مهمة لتعزيز العلاقات الاقتصادية والتجارية بين البلدين، مشيرة إلى أن الوفد التونسي يضم شركات عاملة في قطاعات اقتصادية حيوية، بما يعكس اهتمام مجتمع الأعمال التونسي بتطوير التعاون مع السوق العُمانية. وأضافت أن الوفد التونسي اطلع على الفرص الاستثمارية المتاحة في سلطنة عُمان، مؤكدة أهمية تكثيف اللقاءات الثنائية بين رجال الأعمال، لما لها من دور في فتح آفاق جديدة للشراكات التجارية والاستثمارية وتبادل الوفود الاقتصادية بشكل مستمر. وأوضحت الشابي أن الموقع الجغرافي الاستراتيجي لكل من عُمان وتونس، إلى جانب الإمكانات اللوجستية المتقدمة التي يتمتع بها البلدان، يوفر فرصاً كبيرة للتعاون في مجالات إعادة التصدير والوصول إلى أسواق أفريقيا وأوروبا وآسيا، بما يسهم في دعم الاستثمارات المتبادلة وتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة. من جانبه، أكد الشيخ راشد بن عامر المصلحي أن المنتدى يجسد حرص غرفة تجارة وصناعة عُمان على تعزيز جسور التعاون الاقتصادي والتجاري بين القطاع الخاص في البلدين، مشيراً إلى أن العلاقات العُمانية التونسية تشهد تطوراً متواصلاً على مختلف المستويات، خاصة في المجالين التجاري والاستثماري. وأضاف أن سلطنة عُمان تواصل، في إطار رؤية عُمان 2040، تعزيز تنافسية الاقتصاد الوطني وتنويع مصادر الدخل وتهيئة بيئة استثمارية جاذبة، في الوقت الذي تمتلك فيه تونس خبرات وإمكانات نوعية في العديد من القطاعات الاقتصادية، الأمر الذي يفتح المجال أمام شراكات استراتيجية واعدة بين مؤسسات القطاع الخاص في البلدين. وشدد المصلحي على أن نجاح العلاقات الاقتصادية بين الدول يرتبط بقدرة مجتمعات الأعمال على بناء شراكات حقيقية ومستدامة تقوم على تبادل الخبرات والاستثمار في الفرص المستقبلية، معرباً عن تطلعه إلى أن يسهم المنتدى في زيادة حجم التبادل التجاري والاستثمارات المشتركة خلال المرحلة المقبلة. كما قدمت غرفة تجارة وصناعة عُمان عرضاً تعريفياً حول دورها في دعم وتنمية بيئة الأعمال وتعزيز تنافسية القطاع الخاص، إلى جانب استعراض المبادرات التي تنفذها لتسهيل ممارسة الأعمال وجذب الاستثمارات وتطوير الشراكات الاقتصادية الدولية. واختتم المنتدى أعماله بعقد سلسلة من اللقاءات الثنائية بين أصحاب الأعمال العُمانيين والتونسيين، لبحث فرص التعاون وتبادل الخبرات في القطاعات المستهدفة، بما يسهم في تعزيز الشراكات الاستثمارية وفتح آفاق جديدة للتكامل الاقتصادي بين سلطنة عُمان والجمهورية التونسية.
- The Omani-Tunisian Business Forum, organised by the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI), explored prospects for expanding economic cooperation between the private sectors of the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Tunisia, while highlighting promising investment opportunities and avenues for strategic partnerships between business communities in both countries. The forum brought together business leaders, investors, and entrepreneurs from Oman and Tunisia to discuss cooperation in several key sectors, including food industries, renewable energy, textile manufacturing, and agricultural promotion, with the aim of fostering sustainable economic integration and joint ventures. The event was attended by Sheikh Rashid bin Amer Al Musalhi, First Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of OCCI, Taieb Ktari, Board Member of the Tunisian Confederation of Industry, Trade and Handicrafts (UTICA), members of the Chamber’s Board of Directors, and a distinguished delegation of business representatives from both countries. H.E. Chiraz Chabbi, Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Tunisia to the Sultanate of Oman, described the forum as an important platform for strengthening economic and commercial relations between the two brotherly nations. She noted that the Tunisian delegation included representatives from companies operating across vital economic sectors, reflecting the strong interest of the Tunisian business community in developing trade and investment ties with Oman. She added that the delegation had been introduced to a range of promising investment opportunities available in the Sultanate, emphasizing the importance of enhancing communication between business communities through bilateral meetings that can pave the way for new partnerships and a more active exchange of trade delegations. Chabbi further highlighted the strategic geographic locations and advanced logistical capabilities of both countries, which provide significant opportunities for cooperation in re-export activities and access to markets across Africa, Europe, and Asia. She stressed that Oman and Tunisia possess complementary strengths that can support mutually beneficial economic partnerships, boost bilateral investments, and contribute to sustainable economic growth. Speaking at the forum, Sheikh Rashid bin Amer Al Musalhi affirmed that the event reflects OCCI’s commitment to strengthening economic and commercial cooperation between private sector institutions in both countries. He noted that the forum serves as a valuable platform for dialogue and direct engagement between investors and business leaders, translating the strong fraternal relations between Oman and Tunisia into broader and more sustainable economic partnerships. He emphasized that the Sultanate of Oman, under Oman Vision 2040, continues to enhance the competitiveness of its national economy, diversify income sources, and create an attractive investment environment. At the same time, Tunisia possesses extensive expertise and capabilities in several economic sectors, creating promising opportunities for high-value partnerships between private sector entities in both nations. Al Musalhi stated that the success of international economic relations largely depends on the strength of business-to-business connections and the private sector’s ability to establish genuine and sustainable partnerships based on knowledge exchange and investment in future opportunities. He expressed confidence that the forum would contribute to opening new horizons for economic cooperation, increasing trade exchange and mutual investments, and supporting sustainable development goals in both countries. During the event, the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry also delivered a presentation outlining its role in supporting international business relations and enhancing the business environment in the Sultanate through various initiatives aimed at facilitating business operations, attracting investment, and strengthening economic partnerships. The forum concluded with a series of bilateral business meetings between Omani and Tunisian entrepreneurs to explore collaboration opportunities and exchange expertise in food industries, renewable energy, textile manufacturing, and agricultural promotion, paving the way for stronger investment partnerships and deeper economic integration between the two countries.
